Summer and Don live in Charleston so they are used to this lovely fall weather and wanted to get married in our beautiful city. Their families however, came from colder climates , West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio so this must have really felt like a vacation as those states are starting to get down right chilly this time of year. Add to the beautiful weathers a stay at the Azalea Inn and Gardens, I wonder how any of them will ever be able to leave. The hospitality, food and accommodations make this Bed and Breakfast a favorite of all who enter their doors. The Innkeeper makes you part of the family right away so a wedding held there is handled with care.
The officiant for the ceremony was Chad Baker from Coastal Savannah Weddings and he provided the couple with a calming presence and sweet spirit. The children were looking forward to the bird seed throwing and we all got a bit of a kick out of watching them have fun with it. Best wishes Summer and Don and your families as you travel back home.
