Brandalyn and Matt {Effingham Engagement Photographer}

I am so lucky to just live minutes from downtown Savannah and be able to shoot amazing weddings and engagement sessions there, BUT I love to just go around the corner from my home and get to “do it up country style”. I moved here 18 years ago and do not take for granted the...

Misty and Brad { Savannah Wedding Photographer }

Every girl remembers the moment that she got engaged and I am fortunate enough to get to relive this moment through a shoot such as this. Brad planned this as a surprise for Misty for quite a while. She had pretty much decided that after almost five years (next month) of being together, that they...

Taylor and Denny { Styled Couple Session}

Untitled-2

I met Taylor and Denny last fall when I photographed Denny’s brother’s wedding. It was evident then that these two were very much in love and enjoy spending time together. Taylor was our Miss St. Patrick’s Day Queen 2011 and is no stranger to the camera and can not take a bad photo. It was...

Misty DeBlasio - Thank you Sharon. It must have been converted to a player piano but the original piano was a 1853 and was certainly a beauty. I tried to use it withpout gutting it but the weight!! My husband took it apart in stages because I tried to save as much as possbile. I hope to use it for many. many more photo shoots. Here is a link to my facebook of some more of the photo’s. Taylor and Denny were perfect and it will be used again when I find the right inspiration. I forgot to have them get the bench but found some cute seats . Thank you for the compliments. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150168949292590.317239.518647589&l=022a949b61

Sharon - Misty, I love your pictures. The upright piano was mine. I was really having a hard time in letting it go knowing that it would probably be gutted – but, I see that it will live on in beautiful photographs. This piano was a 1928 player piano – oh, the stories it could probably tell…. If you have used it in more photographs I would love to see them. It makes me happy to see it that it will live on in photographs and make others happy. Taylor and Denny are such a cute couple.

You are a very gifted photographer with a great eye!

Misty DeBlasio - Thank you for the kind words from Clayton Austin
http://claytonaustinlovestories.com/#home/ , the very master who inspired us to do this shoot. Clayton is who I want to grow up and be as an artist. An anonymous admirer sent him the link to this post hoping to cause trouble but Clayton was encouraging.

Victoria and Richard { Savannah Lifestyle Photographer}

Richard and Victoria met me at at Wormsloe for a photoshoot while he was home on leave. We spent the time talking about their plans for their marraige and his upcoming deployment to Iraq. They were so sweet together and time fly by so quickly that it was no wonder that we went past the...
